La Crete UFA Farm & Ranch Supply store reveals a fresh new look

The La Crete UFA Farm & Ranch supply store recently completed a re-design, and treated its customers to a special event held on Friday April 27.

The store's new look is thanks to what retailers call Wide Span fixtures, and is used to help make a customer's shopping experience easy and efficient.

"The advantage of this type of industrial shelving is that it makes for an enhanced customer shopping experience," explains John Pardo, Director of Retail Operations for UFA. "Full pallets of feed and/or minerals can be placed underneath the "wide span" fixture, and related items, such as buckets, can be placed on top of the rack. It takes one-stop shopping to a whole new level, and makes it easy for our customers to find items that are similar, that they might be looking for."

The store at La Crete looks completely refreshed and redesigned as a result of introducing the new fixture elements. The store team at La Crete have been working hard on the project since February and they are the first store to showcase these enhancements in UFA's network of 35 farm and ranch supply stores. "We had over 1,200 people come out to the store on launch day, which made for a very successful event for our customers to see the progress we are making in our stores this spring," says Pardo.

A similar refresh is currently underway at the Athabasca UFA Farm & Ranch Supply store. Both the Provost and Airdrie UFA Farm & Ranch Supply stores have also been redesigned and completed. More locations will be added throughout the year.La Crete shelving

"At UFA we are always striving to think of new and innovative ways to make each and every customer's experience the best possible," says Pardo. "This is just one of the many ways UFA is showing we are On the Road to Better, and are working hard to better serve our customers and communities."
