The UFA Delegate nomination process opened on February 3 and runs through to March 25, 2025. There are a total of twelve districts open for election that have a four-year term, unless otherwise stated below:

As a co-operative, our delegates help shape the future of UFA. As part of our governance structure, they are elected by eligible voting members in their district and in turn, elect our Board of Directors. The board then appoints UFA's President & CEO. A delegate is our members' voice at the decision-making table, they can affect change. They are our year-round ambassadors.
